Begin with the first line of any book as a start; make sure to cite the line in quotes until sufficiently changed to avoid plagiarim.

Write an "I am" or an "I'm From" poem about yourself creating a list of your descriptors or associated objects.

Force yourself to compare yourself (or another object) to something in most ways unlike it.  For example:  a piece of playground equipment, a plant growing somewhere it doesn't belong, an animal doing something, an time of day or season of the year, etc.

FAVORITE AUTOBIOGRAPHICAL PROMPTS

Begin a direct address to someone you always felt you should tell something.  What you have to tell may be positive or negative.  The person you're speaking to may be alive or dead.  The important thing is you use their name and write in a sincere voice.

Write about an object you would choose to use to introduce yourself to others; it might be a piece of clothing, or jewelry, or anything special which was given to you.  Alternatively, create a "life bag" full of objects you can use to talk about yourself.

Draw your life as a highway.  It might include literal stops or events you've experienced. Or it might be symbolic of curves, mountains, valleys, bridges, etc. which you have passed through.
